Day one
The month’s content plan is set and the posts are made.
Paid and organic, every month
This is the main thing we do. Meta ads reach people in your suburb while they’re deciding where to go, and four posts a week keep your pharmacy or practice familiar. We plan it, make it, post it and report on it, every month.
Core ENGINE 01 · PAID
Facebook and Instagram ads shown to people who live and work near your pharmacy or practice. They’re quick to switch on, easy to aim at the right suburbs, and tracked so you can see what people do after they tap.
Ad spend is separate. You pay Meta directly, and the ad account and the card stay yours.
Core ENGINE 02 · ORGANIC
People tend to choose the pharmacy or practice they recognise. Four posts a week keep yours in their feed between visits, and you don’t have to think about any of it.
You film on your phone, and we do the rest. We edit your footage into posts and reels.
A month with ZakyDigital
Here’s how a month runs. The rhythm stays the same from one month to the next, so you always know what’s coming.
The month’s content plan is set and the posts are made.
Four posts go out, and the ads are tested and adjusted as the results come in.
The monthly report: what you spent, what it brought in, which ads worked and what changes next. Then a short check-in about the month ahead.
Month one is setup
By the end of it, tracking works, your profiles are tidy and your first month of posts is out.

Built for healthcare rules
Health advertising in Australia has its own rules. The TGA Advertising Code covers medicines and devices, and AHPRA’s guidelines cover registered practitioners. We write every ad and post with both in mind.
Prescription medicines can’t be advertised to the public, so they never are.
Content sticks to your services, your team and your shop, and never says what a product or treatment will do.
We don’t use testimonials in health advertising. AHPRA restricts them for registered practitioners, and fake reviews are illegal. Real reviews stay on Google.
This describes how we work. It isn’t legal advice, so for anything unusual, check with your professional body, AHPRA or the TGA.
The terms
There’s no minimum term. Give seven days’ notice before the next billing date to pause or stop.
Ad spend goes straight to Meta and never passes through us. The ad account, pages and profiles stay in your name.
The same studio plans your posts, runs your ads and reads the results, so nothing gets lost in a hand-off.
Results vary, and no specific number of calls or bookings can be guaranteed. What is guaranteed is the work, transparent reporting and continuous optimisation.
Questions
It depends on your suburb and what you want more of. Ad spend is separate from our fee and goes straight to Meta. We’ll suggest a starting budget on the discovery call, and you can change it any month.
Phone footage is fine. We edit what you send into reels and posts.
Not prescription medicines. Australian law doesn’t allow advertising them to the public, so we keep ads and posts to your services, your team, your hours and your shop.
Ads start reaching people as soon as they go live. Organic content builds more slowly, over months. Month one is setup and learning, and the monthly report shows what’s moving.
No. It’s month to month. Give seven days’ notice before the next billing date to pause or stop.
You do. The ad account, the card, your pages and your profiles all stay in your name.
No. GPs, dentists, allied health, pharmaceutical and medical device brands get the same paid and organic work, written within AHPRA’s guidelines or the TGA Advertising Code, whichever applies. See the sectors.
Yes. If your site can’t take a call or a booking, we’ll fix that as well. See websites.
Let’s talk
On a free call we’ll look at your ads, posts and Google listing, and tell you what we’d change first.
