Some devices can be advertised to the public and some can’t. We build the product websites, content and campaigns that suit your device and the rules that apply to it.
Who you need to reach
Clinicians, buyers and patients need different information, and not every device can be promoted to every audience. The work starts there.
How it works for medical device
The rules
Many medical devices included in the ARTG can be advertised to the public within the TGA Advertising Code, but some can’t. We work out what applies to your device first, and your regulatory team signs off before anything goes live.
Prescription products are never advertised to the public.
Consumer ads carry the statements the TGA Code requires.
Nothing goes live until your regulatory team approves it.
This describes how we work. It isn’t legal or regulatory advice.
