Healthcare sectors

Marketing for pharmaceutical brands.

Pharmaceutical marketing has some of the tightest rules in health. We build the websites and brand content you’re allowed to run, and campaigns only where the rules allow them.

Who you need to reach

Who you can talk to, and how.

Different products have different audiences, and the rules decide who you can speak to. The work starts by getting that right.

The rules

The TGA rules, first.

Prescription medicines can’t be advertised to the public in Australia. Non-prescription medicines can, within the TGA Advertising Code and its required statements. Your regulatory team signs off on everything before it goes live.

Prescription stays professional

Prescription products are never advertised to the public.

Required statements, included

Consumer ads carry the statements the TGA Code requires.

Your sign-off, every time

Nothing goes live until your regulatory team approves it.

This describes how we work. It isn’t legal or regulatory advice.
